DISNEYLAND DANCE TOUR
After months of rehearsals, 20 girls from Dance Revolution made their way to America during the Easter break to dance and attend workshops in Los Angeles.
The girls took part in two amazing workshops. The first was with Julie Schmidt who recently danced in the academy Award Winning La La Land. Julie taught the girls a jazz piece and shared her experiences with them at The Edge Performing Arts.
Abby Lee Dance Company as seen on the American reality show “Dance Moms” was the venue for their contemporary workshop. Once again the girls were given an amazing experience by one of L.A’s top dancing stars “Jessie”.
The girls were ecstatic to meet Abby Lee in person and all commented on how nice and accommodating she was, allowing photos and complimenting the girls on their incredible dancing abilities.
Performing their own routine on stage at Madame Tussaud's, Universal Studios and Disney Land was amazing remarked the girls, but dancing together along the main street of Disney, as part of their Grand Parade, in front of huge crowds was "something we’ll always treasure”.
